INVESTMENT DETAILS
One-Time Setup Fee:
New clients are billed a one-time $1,000 USD setup fee which includes setting up your Google account(s) to Search Kraken standards, including developing and implementing customized launch campaign structures tailored to your business.

30 Day Contract:
All Search Kraken clients operate under a 30-day contract, with a requirement of 30 days written notice for termination. While certain Google marketing endeavors may yield quicker results, it's advisable for new clients to commit to a minimum 90-day period. This duration allows Search Kraken to assess campaign performance, make necessary adjustments, and chart a path toward sustainable growth. Should your organization need to temporarily freeze the account, we offer the option to do so for up to 90 days, as detailed in our Cancellation Policy.

For the security of your investment, we require exclusive administrative access to your organization's Google accounts. This measure safeguards against unauthorized alterations to campaigns, including changes to daily budgets, campaign statuses, or any modifications that may compromise your desired outcomes.

Management Fee:
Search Kraken's management fee is 25% of client monthly Google Ad spend budget. Client Google Ad spend budget has a monthly minimum of $1,000 USD. Our services adjust its monthly management fee to suit each client's investment level. This fee covers the creation, development, testing, modification, revision, monitoring, and overall management of your Google Ad campaign(s), reflecting our efforts to optimize your investment outcomes. For example, if your monthly Google Ad investment totals $10,000 USD, the corresponding management fee would be $2,500 USD. This management fee is processed independently by SG Auto Support Corp DBA Search Kraken via ACH payment method on file, up to five (5) days before the commencement of the following month's campaigns. Google will directly charge the $10,000 USD from your Google Ads account using the payment method on file. Thus, the total combined investment for that month would be $12,500 USD.

Our dedicated customer support team is here to assist you and follow up if any clarifications are needed. For requests that require additional actions, like filling out an online form, our customer support team will supply you with the necessary form(s) for processing.
