Dear Valued Client,

​

Thank you for choosing SG Auto Support Corp DBA Search Kraken for your online advertising needs. We understand that circumstances may arise which require the cancellation of services. Please review the following cancellation policy carefully to ensure a smooth transition.

​

1. Cancellation Notice Period:

  • All new or renewed Search Kraken clients are required to provide a minimum of 30 days' written cancellation notice.

  • Failure to provide the 30-day notice will result in forfeiture of any and all Search Kraken service and/or management fees, including the one-time set up fee, as these fees are non-refundable.

  • Upon cancellation, Search Kraken will deactivate the client's Google Campaigns to prevent further charges.

2. Google Ads Charges:

  • Google Ads charges are billed directly by Google and managed by Search Kraken based on the monthly client agreement or amendment(s) to agreement.

  • Clients are responsible for all Google Ads charges accrued before and after the cancellation is processed which will be due through their Google Ads account using the provided payment method.

  • Search Kraken will not be liable for any overages if Google Ad spend exceeds the agreed-upon monthly budget at the time of cancellation.

3. Cancellation Process:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted by the client using an email provided during onboarding registration to support@searchkraken.com

​

4. Final Month of Service:

  • Upon submission of the cancellation form, the following month will be the client's final month of service at the agreed Google Ad budget rate.

  • Search Kraken will charge its agreed 25% service fee of the final billing cycle Ad Spend up to five (5) business days before the final billing cycle begins.

 

5. Payment Method Failure:

  • In the event of a payment method failure, Search Kraken reserves the right to pause advertising campaigns until all due service fees are paid in full. Clients must provide a valid and authorized ACH payment method for continued service.

  • Search Kraken will not be responsible for any unused Google Ad spend budget due to payment method errors.

  • New ACH payment methods must be validated by client confirming test transaction code(s) within the bank account associated to the new ACH payment method and providing code(s) to Search Kraken. Service interruption may apply during new ACH payment method changes until due payment is received.

6. Cancellation Penalty Option:

  • Clients have the option to bypass the 30-day notice period by paying the due 25% management fees as a penalty.

  • If already charged, clients forfeit the service fee as a penalty for breaking the 30-day notice.

7. Google Account Credentials:

  • Client Google account credentials will be returned within five business days after submitting a Search Kraken cancellation form provided by support@searchkraken.com at the time of the cancellation.

​

8. Refunds and Disputes:

  • Search Kraken does not offer refunds on one-time setup fees, monthly management fees, or Google Ad Spend.

  • Any dispute inquiries should be directed to support@searchkraken.com or scheduled through searchkraken.com.

9. Cancellation of Administrative Access:

  • Clients understand that Search Kraken must have exclusive administrative access to their Google accounts for business operations.

  • The removal of Search Kraken’s exclusive Google account administrative access will result in client assuming full responsibility moving forward for ongoing campaigns.

  • Clients forfeit setup fees and management fees upon cancellation of administrative access and will be cancelled by Search Kraken.

10. Client Responsibility:

  • Clients agree to follow all Search Kraken cancellation procedures.

  • All calls and emails may be recorded for quality and training purposes and may be used as proof of agreed-upon services.

  • Search Kraken is to be held harmless for use of client data and for all services performed for client.

11. False Accusations:

  • Clients making false accusations to legal entities or lending institutions regarding Search Kraken services will be liable for compensation and damages.

​
